Giorgos: About Me
I have a B.S. in electrical engineering and a B.A. in physics from Rice University and a Ph.D. in physics from the University of Texas. I also have a law degree from U.T. and currently practice patent law. Tutoring though gives me a chance to stay close to my math and physics background.
I taught both high school and college physics for many years. I have also tutored numerous high school and college students, individually and in groups, as well as our own kids in both physics and math. People tell me that I have a real knack for explaining abstract concepts in ways that anyone can understand.
Fees
Individual Tutoring:
1 hr/wk: $70, 2 hrs/wk: $120, 3 hrs/wk: $170, etc.
Only $20 for the first meeting to allow you to see if this is a good fit.
Group Tutoring:
2 students: $45/hr, 3 students: $37/hr, etc.

Online Tutoring
Get tutored without ever leaving your home
In addition to in-person tutoring, we have a great setup that allows us to deliver the same interactive tutoring experience online. You will never have to waste time in traffic or even leave your home.
We use Skype and a digital stylus and share a whiteboard (no video in either direction) with the student who can see everything that we write on the screen. We can pass on detailed instructions on how to get things set up once we receive your request.
